December 2008
Fritz

  • Holiday dates can be added as "No Work" times. Select Setup, Options, Jobs, Holidays - add required dates for Fritz remote to indicate to a person entereing a job that the work has been added on a holiday.
  • An email address can be connected to a Job Category. When Fritz Remote is used, the email address will be notified of the work issued against that category.
  • Added a new report in the Works Orders section called 1-21. This report is a custom report that a client uses to compare the cost of Project Works, Corrective Works, & Programmed Works. These 3 categories have been entered by the client into the CustomA field, within the Jobs Data Table. Each time some work is closed, the custom field is updated by a user. PM tasks can automatically fill in the required custom field via the Tasks form. A chart of costs, as well as descriptive information about the job are listed in the report.

Fritz Remote

  • See holiday note in Fritz Section
  • See note in Fritz section regarding Job Category emails.
  • The remote form can once again be minimised.
  • The field positions within the grid of displayed jobs will save their last settings after the form has been closed.

November 2008
Fritz Remote

  • A function has been added that creates a text file from an urgent out of hours job and places it in the nominated directory. This feature was created for a client that didn't have access to pop3 but wanted to email a warning of an urgent after hours job to a mobile phone. A third party program scanned the nominated directory for any files, attached them to an email, and posted the file.
  • I have changed a feature within remote which was documented for last month. The function for a Technician to close a job from within Fritz Remote has been moved to the form displayed when you choose the "Show Job List" option. To close a job, select the required job in the job list and right click on the grid list. A pop-up menu option "Update / Close this job" option will appear. By moving this function into the Job List area, a Technician doesn't need to remember the job number they need to close.

Fritz

  • A new section has been added in the setup of Building form to allow a warning to be placed on works orders. If a hazard exists within a building, a hazard warning message can be added on page tab 4. Any job associated with the nominated building will then display the message at the end of a works order.
  • Added a function in the 'W/O Print Monitor' to enable the printing of building warning messages. Press the Customise button and tick the "Display Building Warnings" option to allow the message to be printed.

October 2008

Fritz Remote

  • Corrections to a problem with the program issuing an incorrect job status has now been corrected. Adjustments to the setup area now allow for a default status to be selected.
  • An additional feature has been added so that a Technician can close a job from within this module. By right clicking on the words "Fritz CMMS" which is displayed on the opening screen, a pop-up menu is displayed that allows the user to

a) Close a job
b) Print a works order for a nominated job id
c) Print a list of Job Types (which may need to be referenced when closing a job)

Fritz E-Monitor

  • The FritzEmonitor.exe program is a Beta release of a program that can send jobs to multiple Fritz databases. This application is ideal for call centre operators who have to manage jobs that can originate from more than one site. If a call is lodged by telephone, the person using the Fritz E-monitor can nominate to which database the job is to be sent. It can also detect if any new jobs have been sent (to an unlimited number of Fritz databases. It will then automatically print the works orders for all newly entered jobs. This program actually extracts the 'Add New Jobs' & 'W/O Monitor' modules, and packages them into a stand-alone application. Future features will be added to automatically activate PM tasks, and email acknowledgements of received jobs. As with all our programs, suggestions for new features are welcome!

Fritz Modifications

  • Fixed problems with some ssset report criteria filters
  • Added Asset Replacement Report (3-4).
  • Added a new reports option via the Fritz main menu at the top of the screen. Reports|Others.
  • Added Contact List Reports (5-1 & 5-2) to the Reports | Others screen. Report 5-2 displays all contact records that contain key word description in an alphabetical listing - each Contact will appear multiple times depending on the number of key words that have been entered against each record.
  • Added button to Fritz Upgrade screen to allow users to apply an earlier patch.
  • Added double click on Login Screen "User Log-in Name:" text. When text is double clicked an option to apply a patch on next update is displayed. (For Database Administration purposes)
  • Altered PM Task reports to allow for separation of tasks into allocated Sites.
  • Patch 43 will be applied to the database when installing this upgrade.

September 2008
Fritz Modifications

  • Added the following fields to the works order printout... Request Time, Scheduled Start Time, Scheduled Finish Time.
  • The font size for the job details field can now be set in the print works order configuration area. The default size is 10 point.
  • The printed Room field is truncated if the description will over-write other fields when printing works orders.
  • When creating a New Job record, the scheduled start and finish times are correctly passed to the job record.
  • Pressing [F1] now displays a help form that indicates the function of all Function Keys
  • The old [F5] function which displays the location of the Fritz database and main application files has been moved to [F3]
  • If a form contains a list of records, pressing [F5] will move to the first record in the list.
  • If a form contains a list of records, pressing [F6] will move to the previous record in the list.
  • If a form contains a list of records, pressing [F7] will move to the next record in the list.
  • If a form contains a list of records, pressing [F8] will move to the last record in the list.
  • If the cursor is placed within a memo field, pressing [F9] will cause the memo field to expand to the available space within the confines of the box that contains the field. This allows for easier reading of the full content of the field. Pressing [F9] again toggles the field back to its original size and position.
  • If the cursor is located in a field that contains a button directly to the left of the field, pressing [F12] will activate the button in the same manner as if the button was left clicked by the mouse.

August 2008

  • Corrected problems with priority date settings in the Fritz "New Works Order" module.
  • Added new Customer Comments text when a job status is altered from within the "List Jobs" form.
  • Changed the memory manager in Fritz and Remote in an attempt to reduce program drop-outs.
  • All reports can now be customised to save Nominated Printer, bin number, number of copies, and Screen Preview settings.
  • FritzRemote Settings now correctly hides email address request field if not required.
  • Work Report 02 has been modified so that one report type can be selected - doing this removes the pie chart until the single job type option is cleared.

July 2008

  • The setting of dates according to the priority level has been modified to work correctly. The scheduled finish date and time are now calculated from the request time, not the scheduled start time. This means that the scheduled start can be modified, but the job must still be completed within the allotted time from when the job was requested.
  • Instead of displaying the Company Name on all works orders printed from the Works Order Monitor, the "Opening Message Text" (displayed in the middle of the lowest panel on the Fritz main form screen) is now used. This enables custom naming of the works order, especially when more than one database is used at a facility.
  • An error was corrected in the View Archived Jobs, which stopped the viewing of archived records.
  • Corrected various errors relating in the reports module that caused record selections to be incorrect.
  • Added new reporting feature that allows a user to predefine the printer and bin to which a report is sent.
  • Added the ability to select the screen size when a report is first opened.

June 2008

  • Added new fields in Jobs and Tasks database - IsEssentialService. This field will enable the ability to identify if a job created in the Tasks module is to be reported as a task that is required under the Building Essential Services regulations. Report 1-19 uses this field to sort jobs into Essential and Non-essential categories.
  • Work Report 1-20 added. See above.
  • In the jobs table there were two secondary indexes (StatusOrder & JobStatusOrder) which both used the same Status field to sort records. The StatusOrder Index was removed to allow for the creation of an index called "EssentialRevTypeOrder". This index orders job records by their "Essential Service Status" and then by their Job Type.
  • In the Tasks Module a new button has been added next to the Essential Service tick box which activates a function to mark all related jobs with the tasks Essential Service status.
  • A bug which displayed Rich Text formatting in jobs that have been generated from Tasks has now been corrected. If you can see any text that contains (//slashes) rich text formatting, simply delete the text commands and they won't reappear when a job is next generated using the task template.

April 2008

  • In the View Jobs & Create New Jobs forms the Technician 1&2 fields have been replaced with new fields that display Technician or Supplier names when the drop down list is displayed. This information is displayed as a "hint" when the cursor is placed over the code. The lookup buttons adjacent to the fields have also been modified. They now display an option to view the Address Book or the Personnel Forms.
  • Added new function in jobs list: "Create a new job linked to the selected job". This function can be accessed by right clicking the grid or clicking on the Functions button. This option is used if you want to create a related job from an existing job. Eg: if the original job requires a routine check of some equipment, and a fault is found, a new job can be raised to fix the fault, and a reference to the existing job will be documented in the Customer Comments field. Linked asset information can also be forwarded to the newly created job.
  • Several Reports have been modified to include the Building field. (Reports: 1-1, 1-2, 1-5, 1-7, 1-9, 1-14, 1-15, 1-17)
  • Report 1-16 now displays the Customer Comments field.
  • Some minor modifications to Work Related reports have been made stop fields "bleeding" into the next column.
  • Redeveloped the Fritz Web Site using WebSite X5 software.
  • Modified various reports to include the Location as a criterion on which to filter reports. This was done to enable users who capture room data in the Location field to generate reports by "Room code".

March 2008

  • Fixed problem with saving details in the "My Details" form
  • Added a Close Jobs screen to the Fritz Remote module. It can be accessed via the "Functions" button if the Allow user to close jobs" option has been ticked in the General Setup area.
  • The function that proper cases words has been modified to allow words that need to stay as upper case to remain in the required format.
  • The presentation of Menus has been modified to reflect the current screen design format.
  • Errors with the blackberry emailing function have been corrected.

January 2008

  • Added security options - Security Groups | Setup | Work Related… Work Order Tracking Setup, Allow User to delete job records, Allow User to edit job records.
  • Added option in Work Order Tracking that disables editing of the Date and Time fields when closing a job.
  • Modified code to open the Jobs list faster.
  • Fixed problem with opening quick report writer on some networks. Sometimes an incorrect file name was generated, causing the function to freeze.

October 2007

Fixed reports criteria - departments now display correctly in drop-down boxes

September 2007

An error with the Fritz login screen which stopped users logging in correctly has been fixed.

When in the Tasks form - on page 3 "Assets" - double clicking on the grid will open the corresponding asset record.

The Jobs and Assets Grid List now has an improved "Export to Excel" option. To export the displayed data, press the "Copy grid to XL" button then open MS Word or MS Excel and paste the data into a new or existing document. You may need to format date fields to display the date correctly. This new function will be added throughout the Fritz programs within the next month.

August 2007

Fritz was modified to enable the opening of multiple fritz databases.
Various reports displayed incorrect statistical outcomes. Those reports have been corrected.
When the data transfer procedure was used to transfer date related information, some dates were set to dates in the 19th century. This has been corrected.

The physical size of Fritz.exe was around 17MB. A new compiling method is now being used that has reduced the file size to around 4 MB. This means that Fritz now loads much faster. Similarly, Fritz Remote has also been reduced in file size. Note: It has been reported by one client that an unknown virus was found to be attached to the new program files. It has been determined that the reported virus problem was actually caused by the virus checking software incorrectly analyzing the file structure and seeing some differences that it thought might be due to a virus. If anyone is concerned about the validity of a file, the uncompressed version of Fritz.exe and FritzREmote.exe are also available - these files never report such errors.

Added new print job functions. A job entry can now be printed as a quotation, a purchase order, or as a works request to an external contractor. This option can be accessed from the Job List | Function Button. The print options are called "Print Work Order for 1st Technician", "Print Work Order for 2nd Technician", "Print as a Purchase Order", and "Print as a Quote Request". Each option displays the printed page with different format. (note: a future release will allow you to select the default style of work as one of these listed designs, as well as a couple more that are being created at the moment.

Multiple Fritz database can now be opened from within the main Fritz program. Previously multiple shortcut icons were required to gain access to a variety of databases.

When you enter Fritz for the first time, the user will be taken through a number of steps to create a new database.

The design of each opened Fritz database can be customised to make the database you are in easily distinguishable. The Navigator background and font colour can be changed by either right clicking on any icon within the Navigator, or selecting the Navigator option "Utilities" and then clicking on "Customise Colour". When you exit the database, or close and then reopen the Navigator, any changes to colour (or size) will be saved. Each user can customise the Navigator as required. If you have a copy database that is used for training purposes - it is helpful to make the Navigator a very distinctive colour, so that users don't inadvertently add real data into a "play" database.

The Fritz Remote Database has been recompiled and then uploaded to our web site. There was a reported error with the previous version that made the application unusable. That problem is now rectified.
There have been some cosmetic changes to the Web site to "freshen up" the colour scheme, and a couple of "dead" links have been removed.

June 2007

Modified Works Order Printing Module - easier ability to select a printer - modifications preparing for the ability to redirect works orders to different workshop printers. (This feature will be complete within the next few days)

Reports Module updated - Numerous reports added.

An option to automatically set the status of a job to "Open - Commenced" has been added to Fritz Remote if the option to 'Auto-commission jobs that have a nominated technician' has been set.

March 2007

The Fritz Website has been updated. There was a problem with the old website where long pages would not display correctly. This has been corrected.

Fritz now contains some built-in reports. More reports will progressively be added to the program.

February 2007

Fritz - Added New reports in Tasks Module to print a list of tasks and related data.
Fritz Remote - Added extra email setup options.

New features built into the Fritz Data Utility (accessible via the "Functions" menu) include...
An option to empty tables of their data - This has been requested for new sites who want a period after which rubbish data can be removed.

A high-end level data viewer/editor.
This allows access to all data tables except the ones related to security features within the program.
Caution is advised when using this module as there are no checks on what data can be removed or added.
A table structure option has been provided to document the field types and sizes of all data tables, excluding security tables.

A data dictionary listing of all fields (excluding security tables) can be obtained and exported if required.

January 2007

  • New features in Fritz Remote...
  • Ability to assign a Technician or Service Agent to a work request.
  • Nominate if the technician listing should contain Technician names only,
  • Technicians and Supplier details, or nominated Technicians only.
  • Automatically email a works order to technician.
  • Nominate priority durations.
  • Rename priority setting names.
  • Hide or display priority options.
  • Switch on or off the print works order option.
  • The Fritz technician setup form has been modified to enable some of the features listed above.
  • Added Works Order List report that details all outstanding jobs for a selected Technician.
  • Access to the report is via Fritz, View Job Details, Function Button, Technician Work List.
  • The FAQ section of this web site has been updated with an explanation of how to use the data import facility.

December 2006

In the job list form, under the Notes page tab, the history questions fields have been modified so that changes to questions can be recorded in these fields.

When a job is entered via the Fritz Remote program, the nominated priority is correctly forwarded to the Customer Priority field.

When the Job List Form grid is displayed, right clicking the grid will display the job status. This has been added as some users are unaware that a list meaning of the status icons can be found on the menu displayed when the function button is clicked.

November 2006

A new data import facility as been added to Fritz. It makes the task of importing data from another

source a lot easier. You can now import data from the following formats: Excel, DBF, XML, Text, CSV.
The data import facility is designed as a "Wizard" that takes you through the required steps in
performing an import. At import completion an error log report is displayed, detailing the success of the
procedure.

Rename options for a number of look-up tables have been added to the Fritz program.
The following forms have a rename option: Departments, Buildings, Job Categories, Job Types,
and Asset Groups. Using the rename option means that any records already assigned using the
original name will be modified to reflect the new name.
The Pm Task form has been modified to reduce clutter. The following buttons have been replaced with
a drop-down menu selection: Extend Dates, Clone Task, Display Year Calendar, Open Templates,
and Activate Tasks. These options are now accessible via the Functions button which displays the new menu listing.

The Print Works Order module has been modified to correct a problem where records that were marked to be printed, but did not have an Assigned Technician, would not have a status change after the initial printing from "Open - Ready To Commence" to "Open - Commenced".

The Work Order Tracking module has 2 new functions added to the Setup option. These options allow the cursor to skip past the Job Type and/or Completion Date fields within the Complete Works Order screen.
The report within the Work Order Tracking module that lists all related barcodes to nominate the type of transaction required has been corrected so that the "Access Denied" barcode now calls up the correct option.
Modifications to field sizes of email addresses related to the sending of job details from Fritz Remote, and the addition of extra fields to be able to "CC" (Carbon Copy) emails to others has initiated an upgrade. Prior to using Fritz Remote you will need to download and run the new Fritz.exe which will apply the new patch #24.

The Fritz Remote module has been modified to correct a number of reported errors. The following items have been corrected... a) The After Hours text message now displays at the correct time if a job is entered outside normal working hours. b) multiple emails were incorrectly dispatched when only one email was required - this has been corrected. c) The Email User ID fields (only required for some email systems) are now correctly linked to the email function. d) Urgent and non-urgent emails are directed to the correct email address. Previously both emails were directed to the non-urgent email address. e) The Email Setup page tab has been set to be visible at all times.

The "Add new asset" form as been completely replaced by a new form that aids rapid entry of asset or equipment details. The form enables cloning of tasks, which may be used if many similar assets need to be entered. The form also verifies that the entered Asset ID has not previously been used.
If the "New Works Order" form was used to enter a job and a technician was not nominated at the time of creating a job - then two faults would occur. Firstly the "Print Works Order" check box was not ticked, and secondly the "Actual Finish Date" field would be populated with a date in the 19th century. These problems have been fixed. If the user doesn't want a works order to be printed if both Technician fields are left blank then they need to indicate such by ticking the box called "Do not print jobs if tech fields are left blank.", which is a new option found on the "New Works Order" form.

If a job was to be commissioned then by default it of course would have no Technician assigned. I have changed the job commission option to tick the "Print Works Order" field at the time of commissioning, so that the job will auto print.

Previously a job which had been entered and held a status of "Open - Commenced" or "Closed" could not have been deleted. You can now delete such a job, however an extra warning must be acknowledged prior to the deletion of the job.

October 2006

Utility tools to repair any data table can now be directly accessed via the "Functions | Rebuild Tables" option. It is found in the Fritz main menu at the top of the screen. This function was previously provided as a separate utility program which has now been incorporated into Fritz. Database Administrators will need to modify the Security Groups to identify who can gain access to that utility. - Note that all users must exit other copies of Fritz and Fritz Remote prior to rebuilding any tables.

The Data Repair utility is used to fix corruptions to the database which may occur for reasons such as...
1) Incorrect termination of the program when there is a power failure.
2) when a network disconnection causes the program to terminate abnormally. This program can verify the consistency of the database, fix structure anomalies, and pack data to save space.

An oversight in programming meant that any form that contains more than one grid lists could only have the primary grid updated if the "Refresh" button was selected. The "Refresh" button now updates all grid listing on a form.

In Fritz the report that lists all workforce personnel along with their related barcode identifier printed the names too close together, making it hard to select the correct technician with a barcode scanner. This problem has been corrected.

In Fritz the Asset Register listing form - on the History page displays a button allowing the user to display another form showing the asset history details. Double clicking on the Grid View record of that form would incorrectly open a non-related job record. The double click function has been changed so that it will now moves the active page tab to the next page which is called "Record View". This is where a history entry can be updated if required.

Corrected problem in Fritz Remote - Fritz cannot always recognise that a valid email connection has been established and may display a message indicating that the emailed job request did not dispatch correctly - even if the email function did successfully deploy. An option to "Suppress email error messages" has been added to avoid warning users incorrectly if the function does work but displays the message anyway.

September 2006

Corrected problem in Fritz and Fritz Remote - default department cost centre details were not linked to a job if the default cost codes had been defined.

Added facility to change the status of a job to any valid status when closing a job via the "Work Order Tracking" module. Previously the status would automatically be set to "Closed - Completed".

NOTE TO USERS WHO ARE UPGRADING AN EXISTING VERSION PRIOR TO JUNE 2006.

When you upgrade you will need to request a new Registration Code prior to doing the upgrade. The new registration code includes information used to determine how many database can be accessed via the Fritz Remote module. This means that previously issued codes will not be compatible with the September release of Fritz.

June / July 2006

Fixed fault in Fritz Remote - when displaying job list report, indexes and grid did not reset to last used position.

Fixed fault with repeat closing of jobs in "Work Order Tracking" module.

Added setup options to the "Work Order Tracking" module to allow the user to nominate the following... a) a default Technician time when jobs are being closed. b) an option to display the technician previously assigned to a job instead of having a blank technician field. c) an option to keep the completion box open after making an entry. These options are configured via the "Functions" button.

"FTrans.exe" the data transfer utility has been updated to include the transfer of contact phone numbers and addresses.

A bug in the Security setup which allowed a user to nominate if the jobs and assets grid was editable previously worked in reverse to what was selected. This has been corrected.
Work Order Tracking options have been expanded to include history updates. Reports have been modified to correct display problems.

Job Commissioning functionality now works correctly.

New renaming options for Buildings/Locations and Department name records - To rename an existing record, select the record and then press the "Rename" button - at which point you will be prompted to enter a new description.

April 2006

Some older Fritz database users were having trouble with some fields not being updated after running the update process. This problem has been fixed. (Patch 20)

The Facility Exec to Fritz transfer procedure now transfers Asset History and Task (Schedules) records.
Fixed printing problem in Fritz.exe. Works orders would not print after the "Print W/O" option was first initiated.

A correction was made to the InitiatedBy table which contains the job request types and next available numbers. A field called NextNumber would only accept job numbers up to 32,766. This limitation has been removed.

The "print works orders" form had a glitch which would stop the "search for new jobs" function searching for any newly entered jobs. This error has been corrected.

Updated the Survey Audit form - it is now quicker and easier to enter a large amount of field data.

March 2006

Added a menu option "Window" in the Fritz Main Form which displays all the open windows within the application. Double clicking on one of the listed windows brings that form to the front.

A new module that records the details of incoming quotations has been added.

A module to record a condition survey of rooms and associated fixtures and fitting has been added.
Updated Fritz Remote - added button to allow users to add/modify contact name and number details. (Patch 19)

When cloning "PM Tasks" the assigned technicians and work priority is also cloned. The operator is also prompted if they require the "schedule dates format" to be replicated as well. (Patch 19)

The last patch number applied to the database can be determined by pressing F5. This web page will inform users of the most recent patch number that is available. (Patch 19)

Fixed problem with Address Book form opening and closing correctly. (Patch 19)

Removed bugs and enhanced the Fritz Remote application. The partially implemented email forwarding function has now been completed. Email addresses for work requests during normal business hours can be directed to one email address while out-of-hours works requests can be directed to another address. The program can also distinguish between high priority jobs which need to be forwarded and lesser priority jobs which may or may not need to be forwarded via email. The days on which work is carried out can now be defined, so that particular days can be nominated as an out-of-hours duration. (Patch 19)

In Fritz Remote the Building field also displayed extra names from the contact database. This error has been corrected. Likewise the ability to drill down from Facility to Site to Building now works correctly if the option to link all three fields is selected. (Patch 19)

A new function to shut down any Fritz.exe or FritzRemote.exe programs is now available via Setup | Preferences | Login. If Fritz or Fritz Remote is to be upgraded you can force the closure of the program so that you are able to load the new program executable file. Fritz and Fritz Remote check every 4 minutes to see if a forced closure is required. If so it will terminate automatically - allowing you to perform the upgrade. Don't forget to reset this option otherwise the program will keep shutting down every 4 minutes. (Patch 19)

A problem existed with the 'New Work Order' facility. If a priority was selected, and the priority time schedule was recorded in minutes instead of days, the calculated 'Scheduled Finish' time would cause an error. This has been fixed. (Patch 20)

When extending the dates in the Tasks module, an error would be displayed and the function would be halted. This error has been fixed. A similar problem also existed with the 'Clone Task' option, which has also been corrected. (Patch 20)

February 2006

In the Fritz 'New Works Order' form a function has been added to the 'Show Last (job details)' button - the option to jump to the job screen for the last entered job has been added.

Point 1 is also reflected in the Fritz Remote module.

It is now possible to link the Building to specific Sites. This is done by adding the optional Site identifier within the Departments form. See Navigator option 'Setup | General | Buildings'.

Fixed problem in 'New Works Orders' where the Facility Edit field would display over top of the 'Quick Financials' screen.

The Fritz Remote Icon has been changed to green in colour, to avoid confusion with the main Fritz program.

January 2006

The Fritz Web site has been completely updated. All Program updates are now available from the Downloads page.

August 2005

Fritz 2.55 now incorporates an automatic update facility. No longer do users need to upgrade the database before using the latest program update. Simply download the latest software from our Downloads section of the web. Place it in the Fritz\System folder, and run the program. An upgrade screen will ask you if you have backed up your database prior to the automatic upgrade. Once you have completed your backup, the new upgrade facility will perform any changes needed to have your system up and running with all the newest features ready to go.

Finding a previously entered job has been made even easier. From the "Job List" just click on the search button. From there you can choose to locate a job by its description, Job ID number, by the name of the department that lodged the request, or display a calendar to locate the date on which the job was entered. When you use the calendar, only the jobs for the selected dates will be displayed. With the click of a button you can also see how jobs may have been entered for each day of the month.

You can now choose of you want other users to automatically log on to Fritz. The option to remove the password facility is now available for those who do not need the added security. By predefining the security settings you can control exactly what each person logging on to Fritz can do.

Want to make Fritz look a bit different. Right click on the main menu selection bar, and change the background styles and fonts.

Fritz now remembers exactly where you leave a form on your screen. It even remembers the order of displayed fields within the table grids.

Use the "Works Order Tracking" to provide your customers with instant updates on the status of each job. Use a barcode scanner to record when the job commences, when parts are on order, and when they arrive, as well as when the job is complete. Custom comments can be entered onto the database to update your customers of any job status changes.
